Respite care in an aged care home will attract a daily charge of up to $58.98 per day, this is currently set at 85% of the single rate of the AGED pension. This percentage is set by the Australian Government and updated in March and September.
You may also be asked by the service provider to pay an additional and/or extra service fees. (YACC will negotiate fees where possible)
