Our office is based in Adelaide and staffed by locals.  Our consultants are Accredited Aged Care Professionals and we never recommend a facility that we haven’t already personally inspected and researched.  We understand that residential care is often required in haste and unexpectedly, so we always offer a rapid response.  As a local, privately owned and operated business, we are not affiliated with any particular brand of facility or providers, so our advice is always unbiased and tailored to meet your particular needs.  We offer capped fees, rather than hourly rates, so you will never be surprised by hidden, unexplained or unexpected fees.  Please feel free to ask us about our fee schedule.

Privacy and Confidentiality

There are severe penalties, including imprisonment, for people who misuse personal information and these penalties also apply to aged care service providers.  Your Aged Care Companion is committed to ensuring the security and confidentiality of your information.

The information you give us is managed according to a strict set of guidelines designed to protect your identity and privacy. At Your Aged Care Companion we always ask for your permission before recording your information, and we will always be sensitive when gathering essential information from you.

We will always ask for your consent before sharing any information with a third party.  Only authorised personnel at Your Aged Care Companion can access the information you provide us and inactive files will be destroyed after two years or at your direction.
